Closing verse of the khaṇḍa. The Puruṣa is identified with every level of being — actions, austerity, Brahman, nectar. To know him as 'hidden in the cave of the heart' is to cut the avidyā-knot in this very life — not in some future heaven.
The Person alone is all this — action, tapas, Brahman, the supreme nectar. He who knows this, hidden in the cave (of the heart), cuts the knot of ignorance, dear one, here in this very life.

Simple explanation
Editorial explanation, not scripture
Modern reflection
Editorial reflection, not scripture

Insight-based Therapies (ACT, Mindfulness):
A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
