(Nārada Purāṇa)One of the 18 Mahapuranas (~25,000 verses). Narrated by the divine sage Narada — eternal wanderer, musician, and bhakta. The pre-eminent Purana of Bhakti: covers the nine forms of devotion (Navavidha Bhakti), nama-sankirtana as the Kali Yuga path, the Gandharva Veda (sacred music as a path to liberation), and the omnipresence of the divine. The Gita Press edition (Series No. 1183) is the standard Hindi reference.
