English
Brihaspati said to Yajnavalkya: "That Kurukshetra which is the sacrificial ground of the gods and the dwelling of Brahman for all beings — the Avimukta is indeed Kurukshetra, the sacrificial ground of the gods and the dwelling of Brahman for all beings. Therefore, wherever one goes, let him think, 'This is that very Avimukta.' Indeed this is Kurukshetra, the sacrificial ground of the gods, the dwelling of Brahman for all beings. For here, when the breaths of a creature are departing, Rudra declares the saving Brahman, by which one becomes immortal and attains liberation. Therefore let one resort to the Avimukta alone; let him not abandon the Avimukta." So said Yajnavalkya.
